Focusing on material processes and materiality, Lewis' work traverses speculative realms and tangible, highly functional spatial interventions. He works at a variety of scales, from one-off objects to architectural structures.

Lewis received an MA in Architecture in 2019 from the University of Westminster, where he is currently employed on the Architecture programme. Prior to this he received a BA in Architecture from the Arts University Bournemouth.
